1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between us and our customers in the online shop www.watch-shop.com/www.zeitlounge.com, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
The general terms and conditions apply exclusively. Conflicting conditions of the buyer are not recognized by.
 
2. Contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded with BeLa & Co GmbH, represented by the managing director Gunter Beck, Mönchelsstr 39, 99867 Gotha.

4. Conclusion of the contract
The product images in the online shop represent an invitation to submit an offer to buy. Individual products can be placed in the shopping cart by clicking the “shopping cart” button. The contents of the shopping cart can be viewed at any time by clicking the “shopping cart” button; the products located there can be removed at any time by clicking the “delete” button. By entering your personal data and clicking the “Buy now” button in the final step of the ordering process, a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart is placed.
 
The confirmation of the receipt of the order takes place immediately after sending it by email. This does not yet constitute an acceptance of the contract. The contract is rather accepted by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within five days. If you do not receive the order confirmation or the delivery of goods within five days, you are no longer bound to your order. Input errors can be recognized before the final submission of the offer by checking the summary order overview and corrected after pressing the "Back" button of the browser on the previous page.
 
5. Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages are final prices. They include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
The shipping costs are to be paid separately by you. The exact amount of the costs incurred is shown in the order process and can be read under the link "Shipping costs" in the table of shipping costs.

6. Payment Methods

With the payment methods "bank transfer", "transfer via PayPal" the payment is due immediately after the conclusion of the contract. After receipt of the purchase price, the items are delivered to the customer.
If you pay via PayPal, credit card or direct debit, your account will be debited when the order is completed.
A delivery of the goods on account is only possible if the value of the goods is between € 50.00 and € 500.00 and the delivery address is within Germany. The invoice amount is due within 30 days. In the case of delivery of goods on account, we reserve ownership until the goods have been paid for in full.
If you pay by cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of € 4.45 for deliveries within Germany, and € 9.95 for deliveries to other countries. The fee is due when the purchased item is handed over to you or a person authorized to represent it and must be paid to the shipping company together with the purchase price.
If you have a voucher, you can enter the voucher code during the ordering process. The value is offset against the purchase value.
Pay by Sofortüberweisung or Amazon Payments, log into your account during the ordering process and you can initiate the transfer directly.
 
7. Delivery, terms of delivery
The delivery takes place on the dispatch route to the delivery address specified by you.
The delivery time can be found in the information for the respective product.
Costs and fees that arise over and above the shipping costs because the customer gives us an incorrect delivery address or because the goods are returned because the customer does not accept them or the goods on deposit are not collected, must be borne by the customer.
 
8. Transport damage
If an article is delivered to you that has obvious transport damage, please report this to the deliverer immediately and inform us of this. If you do not do this, it has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights, this only serves to make it easier for us to enforce any claims against the transport company.
 
9. Storage of the contract text
We save the order data and the text of the contract. You can use the print function of your browser to save the text yourself. You can view the terms and conditions on this page at any time. After completing the order, the order data and the terms and conditions including the cancellation policy and the cancellation form will be sent to you by email.
 
10. Right of exchange
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, there is an extended right of return of 100 days, which does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal. You can return goods to us within this period. Please note that we can only take back unused items. Please be careful not to remove any labels or stain items. The goods must not show any signs of use. Despite the extended right of return, the open amount is due after 30 days at the latest when paying on account.
If an item is returned within 100 days within the scope of the right of return, you will receive the purchase price paid as a credit on your customer account. This can be offset against the next purchase in our shop. A cash payment of the amount is not possible.
 
11. Warranty / Guarantee
The warranty is subject to legal regulations.
For all watches purchased from us, we provide a 2 or 3 year guarantee from the date of purchase for the following manufacturing defects:
Defects which, after being properly identified by our technical service, consist of manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge. Defects resulting from accidents, improper use (impact, impact, shattering) are excluded from the guarantee. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty services.

This does not limit your warranty rights towards us. In the event of defects in the item, you can therefore make a claim at any time, regardless of whether or not you have made use of the guarantee within the framework of the statutory warranty provisions.
 
12. Note on battery disposal
In connection with the sale of batteries or accumulators or with the delivery of devices that contain batteries or accumulators, we are obliged to inform you of the following in accordance with the Battery Act:
 
Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste, as they contain pollutants which, if improperly stored or disposed of, can be harmful to health and the environment. As the end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. You can send batteries back to us after use, or return them free of charge to retailers or municipal collection points. In the trade, the sale is limited to the quantities customary for end users and to those used batteries that are included in the range there.
 
Old batteries contain valuable raw materials that can be reused. The environment and we say thank you.
 
 
 
Batteries or rechargeable batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed out garbage can. The chemical name of the pollutant is located near the garbage can symbol:
 
Cd: battery contains cadmium, Pb: battery contains lead and Hg: battery contains mercury.
 
13. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The regulations on the UN sales law do not apply. This choice of law only applies to consumers insofar as it does not deprive them of more favorable provisions of the law of the state in which they have their habitual residence. The contract language is German.
Should a provision of these general terms and conditions be ineffective, the rest of the contract remains effective. The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of the ineffective provision.
