Here at zeitlounge.com we trust in the United Parcel Service - UPS as our logistics patner for domestic and international shipments. UPS stands for swift deliveries, friendly and competent customer service and a swift resolution of problems. Standard shipments (for EU customers) are usually in transit for only 4 days (at the most), for destinations outside of the EU we use the express service „Express Saver“, a fast and reliable service that reaches north-america in 2-3 work days and virtually any other location in 3-4 days.
Thanks to the high amount of shipments we have here at zeitlounge, we can offer the good service from UPS at a very reasonable price. We only charge you for the actual shipping and handling fees, no further costs are added.
Should you not receive your shipment within 4 days after it has left our premises please contact us – or for an even faster resolution – check the status of your shipment at the order summary site in our system. You will have received the link with the order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
Should shipping not be possible with UPS just get in touch with us, there always is a solution. Here at watch-shop.com we never had to cancel an order because a delivery was not possible.
For orders with a value of less than 50€ or accessories and storage items with a very high volume or weight we sometimes rely on German Mail / DHL for shipping. Here, each parcel is insured as well and is also traceable. The delivery times depend on the destination. If you would like to know if your order will be shipped with shipped through this service please don't hesistate to contact us, we will be happy to help you out.
